Always free shipping on orders of $200 and more. That is right! Free Shipping to the continental United States! For orders less than $200, we will ask you to pay a flat rate of $10.00 to pack up your order and get it delivered to you. Sometimes when we are running a promotion sitewide, we will offer free shipping - check the banner across the top of the homepage to know what deals we are offering.

Your order may arrive via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We like to use 2-3 day shipping options so you can start enjoying your Antibes finds quicker. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number so you can follow its progress from Chattanooga to your door!

Live in town and need the items now? Select “Pickup in store” when checking out. We will get your order ready for you right away and will notify you when it is ready for pick-up. Give the store a call at 423-680-7971 when you are on your way, and we can run your purchase out to your car for those times that you can’t come in.

Unfortunately, we don’t ship outside of the continental United States yet. Sorry to disappoint.
Returns

All SALE items are FINAL SALE. That counts for any online items that you buy from our sales sections, buy with a discount code, or have a discount automatically applied in your cart.

Jewelry items, skincare, and intimates are also final sale.

For full priced orders over $200, you can exchange the item if we still have your size available. Or, if you want to return the item, we will refund your purchase price after we receive it back in the store. Either way, we pay return shipping costs. Follow the instructions on your order info so we can send you a return shipping label. Returned items must be made within seven days of your order’s delivery date.

Merchandise being returned must not be worn, altered, or washed. All original tags must still be attached.

Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postage labels.

We monitor account activity and reserve the right to refuse transactions and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
Antibes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We will do our best to help you locate your package but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.
